Briefly share the planned work, the location of the land or building, and your approximate timing. Title deed, zoning status, photos or a design help but are not required at the start.
How does flat-for-land work?
We set the share ratio transparently based on the land’s location, zoning status and area. The contract, delivery time and flat selections are clarified from the outset.
What determines the cost and quote?
Scope and cost depend on the type of work, the condition of the ground and structure, the materials chosen and project details. For a firm quote, we first define the scope together.
Do you handle design and permit work?
Yes. We follow architectural and structural design, municipal permit applications and official procedures from start to finish.
Can I commission only renovation or application?
Of course. We define the scope together and clarify which tasks will be done and how they fit with other stages.
Which cities and areas do you work in?
We are based in Ayvalık and run projects in many places, led by Dikili, Sarımsaklı and nearby districts. Just mention the location and we’ll assess it together.
